Wrens Nest Center for Wellbeing will host “Yoga, Morning Noon and Night” Saturday, October 27 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Yoga by Cindy instructors Jaime Beckler, Miriam Starr, Loren Clifford and Cindy Michaels will demonstrate poses that can be incorporated into busy morning, afternoon and evening schedules.
Attendees will take away easy-to-remember, time-sensitive techniques and poses they can apply in their daily lives to improve digestion, relieve stress and promote a good night’s rest. Just in time for everyone to set their clocks back an hour, this “fall back-to-the-basics” yoga workshop will highlight poses that make it easy to incorporate yoga into busy schedules.
