Ellen Craig is a certified TM instructor who hosts periodic workshops and groups at Wrens Nest. The TM technique allows an active mind to easily settle inward, through quieter levels of thought, until participants experience the most silent and peaceful level of their own awareness — pure consciousness. Ellen personally has experienced the benefits of TM and enjoys sharing her expertise with others. “Every time I teach someone how to meditate, I am in awe of the immediate results. It is such a simple, natural phenomenon that creates positive change almost instantly and continues to grow. It is very gratifying to watch people discover that they can control their own stress.” To find out more about TM, contact Ellen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
