Spice Things Up at the Make & Take Ayurveda Spice Workshop Oct. 29!

Join us at Wrens Nest Center for Wellbeing in Dalton, Georgia on Saturday, October 29 from 9 a.m. to noon and participate in a hands-on demonstration for blending spices for health and cooking. Take home a fall/winter spice kit and learn how your body can benefit year-round from easy Ayurvedic recipes, nutrition and care. Led by Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Jaya Ramamurthy & Wrens Nest Founder Cindy Michaels, the morning will be packed full of interesting ways to blend spices for optimal health and enjoyment using time-tested techniques from the ancient science of Ayurveda.
Jaya will offer a cooking demo and everyone can enjoy a yummy soup. Linda Norman will round out the workshop with a chai tea recipe so participants can indulge before they pack up their spice kits and get energized about incorporating their newfound knowledge into recipes and routines they can practice at home.
Cost: $55 (workshop = $35, supplies = $20)
